Mentorship Program

Why is Mentorship Important?

Mentorship is a powerful way to develop talent, strengthen professional relationships, and support the long-term success of our industry. It brings together experienced and emerging professionals to share knowledge, build connections, and foster growth.

Through a combination of one-on-one mentorship, leadership development, networking opportunities, and industry engagement, participants gain valuable insights, meaningful relationships, and practical skills that support their ongoing professional development.

Mentorship Program Overview

BOMA Calgary's Mentorship Program provides a proven framework that supports meaningful development for both Mentors and Protégés.

Building on the success of past cohorts, the program combines one-on-one mentorship with several facilitated learning sessions, networking opportunities, industry experiences, and practical development tools.

This structured approach helps participants build valuable relationships, strengthen leadership capabilities, and achieve their professional goals within a supportive community.

An active BOMA Calgary membership is required to participate in this program. If you are not currently a member, you may still submit an application and apply for BOMA Calgary membership upon application acceptance.

"Mentorship is a collaborative partnership where mentors and protégés work together to support professional growth, expand industry knowledge, and achieve meaningful goals. Through shared experiences, open dialogue, and ongoing learning opportunities, mentorship helps build trusted relationships that foster confidence, accountability, leadership skills, and long-term career success.”
