BOMA Calgary's Awards Gala is an bi-annual event that celebrates the best in Calgary's commercial real estate industry. This gala honors achievements in leadership, innovation, sustainability, operational excellence, and outstanding tenant service. Winners in select categories often advance to compete at BOMA Canada's National Awards, showcasing the exceptional talent and dedication found across the country. The Awards Gala highlights the vital role BOMA Calgary members play in setting industry standards and fostering an environment of excellence and collaboration.

Judging Criteria

We Only Judge Against Criteria.

There are many pretty buildings in Calgary; but it’s what’s inside that counts – how are buildings maintained? How do the teams keep up with professional development? How does the company give back to the community?

These are all part of the criteria for the Certificate of Excellence and The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards. The same standards apply to the Operations and the Pinnacle Awards for exceptional customer service and innovation.
