How do I join BOMA?
Applying for a membership with BOMA Calgary is easy and is completed online:
- Review the Membership Benefits and Code of Professional Ethics and Conduct.
- Create an Account.
- After you create an account, you will be redirected to My Dashboard.
- On My Dashboard, check "I want to create a new company" and submit the full company name.
- Once you have created a company, click the "Apply to join" button on My Dashboard.
- A wizard will collect your company details, additional members, and references.
- Upon submission, your references will be sent an automatic email asking them to complete a short questionnaire.
- When your references have been submitted, BOMA Calgary will review your application.
- When approved you will be notified by email and required to pay membership fees.
- Upon payment of fees, your membership will become active!
Proprietary
Membership
$1555/year
Proprietary Membership is available to a company or entity who owns and/or manage property, and to third-party property and facility managers.
Additional member: $225
Associate
Membership
$1555/year
Associate Membership is available to professionals and suppliers who support or serve the non-residential property industry. This includes, but is not limited to Engineering, Building Sciences, Environmental Services, Building Systems, Utilities, Telecommunications, Architects, Interior Designers, Legal, Appraisal, Real Estate Consultants, Suppliers and service contractors.

Greater Calgary Area Membership
$415/year
Rate applies to companies based outside of an 80 km radius of Calgary.
Additional member: $195
Student/Intern
Membership
$20/year
Students currently enrolled in post-secondary education or who have graduated in the past year, must have valid student ID or proof of graduation date. An intern must have a letter from the employer outlining the internship.
BOMA International Membership
BOMA members have the option to purchase a Canadian Member at Large (CMAL) membership with BOMA International. The company must be a current member of BOMA Calgary to be eligible for this membership, which is available until March 15 of each calendar year.
