FAQ for website and dues

What email address should I whitelist?

  • All email notifications from the BOMA Calgary website are sent from [email protected].
  • To improve delivery, please whitelist this email address and add it to your contacts.

What do I need an account for?

  • You need an account to apply to join, update your membership information, pay annual dues, submit a job posting, or to register for an event.

How do I know if I have an account?

  • If you were a primary or additional member of BOMA Calgary as of December 1, 2025 then you already have an account.

How do I access my account?

How do I pay dues?

  • To pay dues: sign in or click My Dashboard from the top menu if you are already signed in.
  • Scroll down to the Fees and Dues section and click Pay Fees. The fees wizard will walk you through the process.
  • Dues can be paid using a credit card, ACH, cheque, or e-transfer.
  • The company membership, primary member, and additional members are all paid at once on a single invoice.

Who can pay dues?

  • Any user from your company with the "primary" or "billing" account role can pay dues.
  • "primary" and "alternate" users are paid memberships.
  • "billing" users are free but do not gain any other membership benefits.
  • You can assign "primary" and "billing" roles by editing your company on My Dashboard.

Can I change who is included on my membership roster?

  • Yes, when you pay your dues you are able to change the people that are primary or additional members on your roster.
  • Additional members are shown on Member Directory and Service Directory and receive discounts on some event registration fees.
  • Outside of annual due payments, please contact us to add additional member.

Who is included on the Member Directory and Service Directory?

  • Users with the "primary" and "additional" roles are displayed.

How do I update the directory profile for my company?

  • Sign in, and from My Dashboard, click Edit next to the company name.
  • Please note that the Member Directory and Service Directory are only accessible to members, and can be reached through the main menu.

How can my company join BOMA Calgary?

  • Please visit the Join Us page for information about membership and steps on how to join.

How do I update my billing address?

  • To update your billing address: sign in, click My Account in the upper right menu, click My Settings, and then scroll down to the address section.

Can I add an alternate email address to my account?

  • Yes, you can add an alternate email to your profile that can be used to sign in and for password recovery.
  • It may be used to contact you in emergency situations or to manage access to the user account. This email will not be used in routine communications or reminders.
