Build on the momentum from Session 1 to Session 2 of the Managing Up Book Club, exclusively for Next Gen BOMA members (ages 35 and under). This session focuses on applying insights from Chapters 4–6 to strengthen communication, adaptability, and influence in the workplace.

Participants will take part in a relaxed, peer‑led discussion exploring how to communicate with clarity, understand different leadership styles, and adopt a more proactive, solutions‑focused approach at work. The conversation is practical, supportive, and grounded in real experiences, not theory.

Participants are encouraged to read Chapters 4–6 in advance; however, those who can’t complete all the reading are still welcome to attend and actively participate in the conversation. As with the first session, attendees will leave with one clear action to test before the next meeting. Space is intentionally limited to keep the discussion meaningful, and early registration is encouraged. We hope to see you there!
