Event Description

Join us for an engaging and insightful session of our corporate book club as we dive into Managing Up. This beginner‑friendly, discussion‑based event is open to all, no prior book club experience required. In advance of our first session, attendees are encouraged to read the Introduction and Chapters 1-3 (Pages 1 -46 of the book titled Managing Up: Instead of Waiting for Leadership to Change by Kyle Kalloo.

The Next Generation BOMA members (35 and under) will enjoy a relaxed, supportive conversation exploring the first three chapters of the book, reflect on real workplace scenarios, and learn practical strategies for strengthening communication and collaboration. It’s a great opportunity to connect with colleagues, share perspectives, and walk away with one clear action to apply immediately in their day to day!

Space is limited, so reserve your spot today and be part of a meaningful, solutions‑focused discussion. Light refreshments will be provided.
