Can I reserve a table?
Yes. Tables can be reserved for 8 or 10 guests by selecting the Table of 8 or Table of 10 registration option. Please note that tables of 9 will not be accommodated this year.
Is there parking available?
Paid parking is available in the surrounding downtown area and nearby parkades. Guests are encouraged to plan ahead and allow additional time for parking.
Can I access the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre via the Plus 15?
Yes. The Calgary TELUS Convention Centre is connected to Calgary’s Plus 15 pedestrian network, providing convenient indoor access from several downtown buildings and routes. Follow the Plus 15 signs for the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre.
What happens if I register fewer than 8 or 10 guests?
We will do our best to accommodate seating requests and seat guests from the same company or group together where possible. Seating is subject to availability and the final table layout..
Is seating assigned?
Yes. Seating is assigned by company or group rather than by individual name. BOMA Calgary will coordinate table assignments to keep registered guests from the same company or group together where possible.
Cancellation Policy
A refund will be available prior to 12:00 (noon) on Friday, November 20, 2026. No refunds will be issued after 12:00 (noon) on Friday, November 20, 2026.
