What’s Included

• Round-trip bus transportation to and from Sunshine Village Ski Resort.
  Please note: Only one bus will be available this year. To secure your seat, please register on the dedicated Ski Day Bus Registration page

Transportation Details & Instructions

• There are 50 seats available on the bus, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis through registration by adding it to your registration. Please note that only individuals registered for Ski Day are eligible to reserve a bus seat. Any bus registrations for individuals not registered for the event will be removed.
• Detailed bus information, including departure location, schedule, and event updates, will be sent to all registered bus participants closer to the event date.
• Please arrive on time, as the bus will depart promptly at 7:00 AM from Calgary and leave Sunshine Village at 5:15 PM for the return trip. Return time is approximately 6:30 PM.

For the first time ever, we’re offering an All Day Après option for those who want to enjoy the networking and après atmosphere without skiing or snowboarding. This pass includes:

• Morning refreshments
• Lunch
• Dinner at Sunshine Village
• Private event space for the day to store your belongings
• A lift ticket valid for gondola access to the village & snowshoeing paths
• Access to a variety of optional activities, including self-guided snowshoeing

Additional Notes

• Ski/snowboard rentals are not included. To rent equipment, please contact Sunshine Village directly by phone or email.
• *New* Ski/Snow Boarding Skill Level Distinction
  You asked, we listened! This year, indicate your ski or snowboard skill level and receive a waterproof sticker for your jacket, making it easy to connect with fellow BOMA participants at the same level.
• A complete event schedule and additional details will be provided to all registered participants as the event date approaches.

Cancellation Policy:
