BOMA Calgary’s mission is to actively represent its members on matters affecting the ownership and management of commercial properties. Members in BOMA Calgary represent nearly 150 million square feet of office, industrial and major retail space.
Membership in BOMA is open to any corporation engaged actively in the ownership and/or management of commercial property (office, industrial, retail) in Southern Alberta (from Red Deer South).
Proprietary Membership is available to industry members who own and/or manage property and to third-party property and facility managers.
Associate Membership is available to Professionals and Suppliers who support or serve the non-residential property industry. Disciplines such as:

- Utilities
- Telecommunications
- Architects
- Interior Designers/Space Planners
- Legal
- Appraisal
- Real Estate Consultants
- Suppliers
- Service Contractors
Membership Rates*
- Proprietary Membership $1400 + GST
- Additional member in this category is $215 + GST
- Associate Membership $950 + GST
- Additional member in this category is $215 + GST
- Membership outside the Greater Calgary Area (80 km radius) $375 + GST
- Additional member in this category is $175 + GST
BOMA dues are paid annually. Full amount payable in the initial membership year, and rates are pro-rated in the first renewal year if you join mid-year. Rates are subject to change.

BOMA International Membership
With the restructuring of BOMA Canada with BOMA International, your local membership no longer automatically includes membership in BOMA International. However, at your option, you may choose to become a Canadian Member at Large (CMAL). This is available only to paid members of BOMA Calgary. If you are not a BOMA member, you are not eligible for CMAL. The cost is $125 CAD (2009 rates) and must be paid by March 30. Learn More.
Approval Process
Complete and submit the Online Application. The BOMA Membership Committee will receive and review the application based on the information supplied. The approval process normally takes 30 days or less. You may be contacted for additional information. To expedite the process, please ensure all requested information is provided in your application.
