Certificate of Excellence + Awards
IT’S AWARDS TIME!
The Certificate of Excellence recognizes those whose buildings teams, individuals and companies which are managed to the BOMA standard. Those who score well against that standard will be presented with a three year certification. The BOMA Awards Judges focus on WOJAC – We Only Judge Against Criteria. Buildings are judged against the standard and not against other buildings. A BOMA certified building is managed by a team of professionals who, through participation in the certification program, have met the BOMA standard of excellence in a number of key areas, which impact the safety, security and comfort of its occupants and the community.
The applicant who registered to be considered for the TOBY and has the highest score in the certificate program will win The Out standing Building of the Year (TOBY) Award.
On the evening of Thursday May 9, 2013 at the Westin, BOMA will present the certificates, as well as the winners for the Pinnacle Award, EARTH Award, Building Operations Awards and the Property Management Team of the Year Award.
