The Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) is pleased to provide this course as the real estate Re-licensing Education Program (REP) for 2009-2010. RECA has developed the Real Estate Update 2009-2010 in order to advance the skills and expertise of real estate industry members by increasing awareness of the recent changes to the Real Estate Act, Rules and Regulations. In addition, the course will enhance your understanding of legislative requirements, explore relevant court cases, identify current industry issues, and recommended industry best practices.

COMPLETION OF THIS COURSE PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 30th fulfills the education requirements for renewal of your real estate license for this period.

PLEASE NOTE: Registrants arriving more than 15 minutes after commencement of the course cannot be admitted.

Also, this course is available online through the RECA website. We are offering this course in-class for those who wish to have an instructor present.
