How BOMA is Governed

BOMA Calgary is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.  Directors are elected for a three year term by the membership at its Annual Meeting in January of each year.  A third of the 13 member Board is elected annually. The Executive Vice President is a member ex officio on the Board.  In addition, BOMA has a number of committees chaired by members and appointed by the President.  The Board meets monthly.
