Government Office Building: Calgary Courts Centre, SNC Lavalin O&M

TOBY 100,000-249,000 sq ft: Bell Westwinds Campus, SNC Lavalin Nexacor

TOBY 500,000-1,000,000 sq ft: Livingston Place, Bentall LP

Building Operator Awards

Building Operator of the Year: Dana Quinn, Aspen Properties

Chief Engineer of the Year: Bill Hoare, Realex Property Management

Building Operations Team of the Year: Western Canadian Place, GWL Realty Advisors

Special honours were given with the President’s Award: BOMA Golf Committee, accepted on behalf of all previous Committee Chairs and members by two past Golf Committee Chairs and the two present Co-Chairs.

Special honours was also given with the Malcolm Bryce for outstanding volunteer service, awarded to Robert Brazzell, Altus Group.

BOMA Calgary presented the BOMA Building Guide Advertising Awards, in partnership with the Calgary Herald.
